Being a Force for Good is so Important
You might not know that I am a Girl Scout leader. I have a troop of 16 awesome girls, my daughter being one of them. One of the first things that I taught my Girl Scout troop is that each one of them has the power to change the world. It is so important that we teach empowerment to kids as they grow up so that they have positive self-esteem. I really believe that being a force for good is powerful and that together we can change the world. If we all do our part we can make the world a better place for us all. Remember the golden rule to treat others as you would want to be treated.
Check out all the different ways that being a force for good is possible:
- Act with compassion
- Show genuine concern for others
- Be honest
- Be trustworthy
- Don’t judge
- Be kind
- Be of service
- Speak up
- Be helpful
- Build community
- Find the good
- Be friendly
- Empower others
